Trademark Availability Search
Included in the Trademark Package is a Trademark Availaiblity Search to help predict whether your proposed trademark is elegible to be registered. Before filing a trademark application, we conduct a search of Trademark Office databases and inform you of our assesment of your trademark's eligibility to be registered.
If you elect to not file a trademark application after considering the search results, then we will refund a substantial portion of the trademark flat fee to you.
